  • User Profile Information: Full name, employee ID, phone number, and job designation.
  • Location Data (GPS): The app collects location data specifically during “Clock-In/Clock-Out” and “Site Visit Report” submissions to verify attendance and project site presence.
  • Camera & Media Access: Access to the device camera is required for uploading Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site photographs, and digital images of expense receipts.
  • Inventory & Log Data: Records of materials (bricks, cement, steel, etc.) received, used, or transferred between sites.
  • Expense Data: Digital records of petty cash usage, labor wages, and vendor payments submitted by the user.

3. Purpose of Data Usage

The data collected is utilized solely for the following business operations:

  • Project Oversight: To monitor real-time construction progress and architectural compliance.
  • Accountability & Payroll: To calculate accurate labor hours, daily wages, and attendance-based payments.
  • Resource Management: To prevent material theft, track inventory levels, and manage vendor balances.
  • Financial Auditing: To maintain a transparent record of on-site expenses and digital receipts for tax and accounting purposes.

All data is transmitted securely and stored on Brickwise Construction’s private cloud servers. We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your professional data. Access to this information is restricted to authorized administrative personnel (Project Managers, HR, and Company Directors).

We do not sell, trade, or leak employee or project data to external marketing agencies. Data may only be shared with authorized legal authorities if required by law or with specific subcontractors (e.g., structural auditors) directly involved in the project.

6. User Consent & Rights

By installing and logging into this application, you provide consent for the collection of professional data (including location and images) during your designated working hours. Users may request to view their logged data or report technical discrepancies to the IT Department.
